Thank you for your inquiry to submit a resource or information to the California State PTA Resource Library and/or our website. Resources and information are reviewed prior to posting and must be submitted through this form – email submissions will not be accepted. All sections of this form must be completed for your submission to be complete and move on to review. We will respond to your request within the next two weeks.

By submitting a resource to the California State PTA you agree to be added to our sponsor mailing list (which you can opt out of at any time) and to receive occasional updates about sponsorship opportunities for events and training of our membership.
