WHY SHOULD YOU READ THE NEWLY REVISED GUIDE?

The guide helps parents become better advocates for getting more arts instruction added to their child’s school, by showing you what your child will learn, how you can help with their learning, and what to ask your child’s teacher. By asking about the arts program at your child’s school, you are showing your interest in all students, not just the “talented,” having the opportunity to express their unique individuality through creating and learning in and through the arts. This guide can be used at your local PTA meeting, to express concerns to your school board, or to read with your child to understand how YOU can make the biggest impact on arts education in California. Learn more about how to use the guide by watching this informative webinar.
