The PTA membership card is a small, but important, document for PTA members. An electronic “card” is available for those PTAs that use TOTEM to collect membership dues. But what about those PTAs that don’t use TOTEM or those members who prefer to join using cash or a check? Cardstock membership cards are available through your district PTA. Membership cards should be given to members at the same time dues are collected.
An important use of the membership card is for convention registration. Whether the electronic or cardstock version is used, convention attendees are required to upload the card image during the registration process.
